Last Updated: May 02, 2026

Dualora ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Dualora mobile application (the "Service"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data.

1. Information Collection and Use
Dualora is designed to respect your privacy. We do not collect or store your personal media (videos or photos) on any external servers. All media processing and storage happen locally on your device.

Types of Data Collected

a. Permissions & Device Data To provide our Service, the app requires access to certain device features:

Camera: Used to record video and take photos from both front and back cameras simultaneously.
Microphone: Used to record audio during video capture.
Storage/Media Library: Used to save your exported videos and photos to your device's gallery and to read them for processing.
b. In-App Purchase Data If you purchase Dualora Pro, the transaction is processed entirely by the Google Play Store. We do not collect or store your credit card information or billing address. We only receive a confirmation from Google (purchase history) that a purchase was successful to unlock your Pro features.

c. Advertising Data (AdMob) We use Google AdMob to serve advertisements. Google may collect certain information to serve personalized ads, including:

Advertising ID: A unique, user-resettable ID for advertising, provided by your mobile device.
Approximate Location: Derived from your IP address to serve localized ads.
Device Information: Such as model, OS version, and IP address.
App Interaction: Data regarding your interaction with ads within the app.
d. Analytics, App Performance, and Messaging Data (Firebase) We use Google Firebase (Analytics, Cloud Messaging, and Remote Config) to understand how users interact with our app, to send important notifications, and to improve app stability. Firebase automatically collects:

Device or other IDs: Such as Firebase Installation IDs or Android IDs to measure unique users.
App Activity & Interactions: Information about the screens you visit and features you use to help us improve the app.
Crash Logs & Diagnostics: Automated reports that help us fix bugs and crashes if the app stops working unexpectedly.
Approximate Location: Derived from your IP address for regional analytics.
2. Media Processing
Dualora uses local libraries to process your media. All processing is done locally on your device. Your videos and photos are never uploaded to our servers or any third-party servers for processing.

3. Third-Party Service Providers
We may employ third-party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service. These include:

Google Play Services: For app functionality and updates.
AdMob: For displaying advertisements.
Google Play In-App Payments: For processing purchases.
Google Firebase (Analytics, Messaging, Remote Config): For analytics, app performance monitoring, and notifications.
These third parties have their own privacy policies regarding how they handle your data. We encourage you to review Google’s privacy policy here: https://policies.google.com/privacy

4. Data Security
The security of your data is important to us. Since we do not collect your personal media or private information on our servers, the primary security of your content rests on your device's security.

5. Children's Privacy
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us.

6. Your Data Rights
Under various privacy laws (such as GDPR or CCPA), you have the right to:

Access: Request a copy of the data Google holds about you (via your Google Account settings).
Opt-out of Ads: You can reset your Advertising ID or opt-out of personalized ads in your Android device settings (Settings > Google > Ads).
Withdraw Consent: You can revoke camera, microphone, or storage permissions at any time through your device's app settings.
7. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
